Mia Aged Amber Apera

The Aged Amber is a full flor fino showing elegance and beautiful wood age. The wine has developed complex spice and toasted nut characters from long term ageing in casks. This wine style is produced predominantly from the Palomino grape. A delightful aperitif that matches well with pâté and cornichons.

Winemaker Notes

Amber in colour with green tints, it shows lifted spice and toasted notes with flor characteristics. Rich and nutty characteristics are woven into a textured framework that is matched by elevated spirit characters and a long dry finish.
