2018 ART ‘N’ SOUL PINOT GRIGIO

Every wine is a blank canvas. Our winemakers select their ‘palette’ of grapes to capture the colour and vibrancy of South Australia. This wine is made in the Italian style; steely and crisp with delicious balanced acidity. Whilst drinking beautifully now, this wine can be aged for a few more years, if desired, to gain further depth and complexity.

WINE MAKERS NOTES

Grapes were picked at the perfect time to ensure flavour and freshness. The colour is delicate with a green tinge, leading to aromas of fresh pear. The palate is rich and soft with a pleasingly dry finish.
