2016 Organic Shiraz

Vintage 2016 showed excellent growing conditions, with good Spring rains and mild, settled conditions throughout the ripening period. This resulted in table wines of immense fruit concentration. Pairs beautifully with classic veal dishes and light game meats, such as duck or quail.

Winemaker Notes

A deep garnet colour that is clear at the rim, this Shiraz offers lifted and floral aromas, abundant with fresh cherry and raspberry fruits, laced by attractive spicy whole bunch notes. This is a medium bodied wine balanced by savoury red fruits, fine tannin and well-integrated toasted French oak. Enjoy now or cellar until 2022.
